Tapa Preparation in General:
We put them together in the class, not cook them from beginning to end as we have a lot to talk about in only one hour. Some weeks will require preparation on your part PRIOR to the class.
Please don’t feel pressured! You can always just watch how it is done & then make the tapa at a different time!
Specifically for February 27th, 2021:
Best to start the PREP before the class.
Also, chill the wine & open your bottle when the session begins! (unless you cook the tapa with it, then you’ll open it before)
