Our Private Tapas Tour takes you on a delightful cultural and culinary journey through both Madrid and the rest of Spain. You will visit authentic restaurants favored by the locals (or, Madrileños) where you could try cecina from Castile & León or Mozarabic dishes from Andalucia such as cazón en adobo.
The menus are seasonal so are constantly changing. In the summer, salmorejo (a cold soup with a creamy, thick tomato base) will undoubtedly make an appearance; whilst during winter tours you will sample pork cheek, Madrileño style. All of the tapas are paired with specially selected, regional Spanish wines.
Our Private Tapas Tour is available for both small, intimate groups and for larger groups. The format is entertaining and dynamic so that even if you’re part of a big crowd, your experience will feel charmingly intimate.
