You’ll meet our expert sommeliers  at their specialist stand, where there’s a barrel reserved just for you. If you’re new to Spanish wines they’ll provide an educational selection of reds and whites from across the country’s growing regions. The range includes prime specimens of Rioja and sparkling Catalan cava bearing the coveted stamp of Denominación de Origen. If you’re already an aficionado, they’ll tailor samples to your areas of interest: be they bobal-based rosé wines from Levante or old, rare Andalusian sherries. Each is then paired with the perfect cheeses, cured meats, or olives drawn from the neighbouring world-class tapas vendors amid the colorful whirl of the city centre.
