ABOUT

The Botín Experience

Situated in the medieval Austrias area of Madrid, Botín restaurant was founded by Frenchman Jean Botín in 1725 and has been in the González family for four generations.

The restaurant has been visited by people from all over the world, including royalty, politicians, writers and Hollywood stars.

Insider’s Travel is proud to work exclusively with the González family to bring you The Botín Experience. This includes a guided tour of the restaurant, its history, its art and its anecdotes. Following the tour, we will serve you a variety of dishes from The Botín Experience Set Menu (see above). This signature meal includes the house specialty: suckling pig, roasted in the original oven from 1725. Delicious alternatives are served to our vegetarian guests.
